Registration is required for all congress participants and accompanying persons. The congress fee covers the expenses for participation, the book of abstracts and programme, the congress bag, the welcome reception on Sunday, the evening event on Wednesday and refreshments during the coffee breaks.

The registration fee for accompanying persons covers the welcome reception on Sunday, the evening event on Wednesday and refreshments during the coffee breaks, a guided city walk through Graz, a guided tour through the museum of modern art and one trip outside of Graz of your choice.

Booking has to be done via our congress management system after login.

We expect payment within 14 days after registration. Otherwise the corresponding registration fee cannot be guaranteed. Please note that in case of cash payment the highest conference fees (i.e. those applicable for on-site registration) will be charged, irrespective of the date of the online registration.

Cancellation policy:

- Until 15.03.2009 100 % refund
- Until 15.04.2009 80 % refund
- Until 15.06.2009 50 % refund
- After 15.06.2009 no refund
